The 8 Step Furniture Cleaning System

Our Furniture Cleaning System is designed to thoroughly clean your furniture without over wetting delicate fabrics. 

This is what you should expect...

Step 1 – Complete & Thorough Inspection

Our technician will inspect your furniture and point out any challenges such as fading, permanent stains, etc.  You will then be given a thorough report of the results we expect from cleaning.

Step 2 – Site Preparation

We use plastic drop cloths to keep you floor protected.

Step 3 – Dry Soil Removal

Dry soil is removal is the most important step in ANY cleaning process.  A high-velocity, HEPA filter, commercial grade vacuum is used to completely remove dust and dry soil from your furniture.

Step 4 – Pre-Treatment

A pre-treatment is applied thoroughly to your furniture to loosen soils prior to cleaning.

Step 5 – Cleaning

Your furniture is then cleaned with our special high speed orbital cleaning machine with cotton absorbent pads.  This equipment gently lifts soils from your furniture.

Step 6 – Spot Cleaning

Any spots not removed during the previous steps are individually treated with professional cleaning agents and then re-cleaned.

Step 7 – Fabric Protector [optional at additional cost]

We apply Fabric Protector on furniture to help protect against future spots and spills.

Step 8 – Final Inspection

You will go over the cleaning results with your technician when cleaning is finished.
