In the commercial setting, most dry soil is easily removed by routine dry vacuuming.  The real problem is the oily soil that attracts the dry soil and sticks to the carpet fiber.  You end up with dull, gray and downright ugly appearance.  To combat this oily soil, we use revolutionary encapsulation cleaning technology using the Direct Transfer Extraction^tm method.  Encapsulation cleaning agents cause the oily soil to be completely surrounded and forces the carpet fiber to release the soil.  This encapsulated soil is then Directly Transferred and Extracted.  Any amount (a very small percentage) of remaining encapsulated soil left behind, then dries.  During the drying process, the soil, crystallizes into a dry, non-sticky particle.  These crystallized particles are easily removed during the next vacuuming.

This encapsulation process meets the industry standards for commercial carpet maintenance.  Several of the larges carpet mills, such as Dupont, Collins & Aikman, and Interface, use this to maintain their commercial carpets.
